Weaver is a daily word ladder puzzle where you are given a start word and an end word. Your goal is to move from the first word to the final word by changing only one letter at a time, with every step forming a valid word. It is fun because it mixes vocabulary with route planning. You can usually see where you need to go, but finding a smooth chain of real words takes logic, word knowledge, and a little experimentation.

Weaver Game Rules

How To Play Weaver?

1. Player Action: Look at the start word and the end word. Game Response: Weaver shows the two words you need to connect. What You Learn: You know which letters need to change and which letters may already match. 2. Player Action: Enter a valid word that differs from the start word by one letter. Game Response: The game accepts the word if it is valid and only one letter changed. What You Learn: You have created the first step in the ladder. 3. Player Action: Keep changing one letter at a time. Game Response: Each accepted word becomes the new word you build from. What You Learn: You can gradually move letters closer to the target while staying inside real vocabulary. 4. Player Action: Adjust your path if you reach a dead end. Game Response: The ladder lets you continue testing possible word routes. What You Learn: Some letter changes look useful but leave no good next word, so backtracking may help. 5. Player Action: Enter the target word when it is one letter away from your current word. Game Response: Weaver completes the ladder and solves the daily puzzle. Strategy & Tips

1. Compare the start and target words first, then decide which letters are easiest to change.
2. Change one difficult letter early if it opens many common word options.
3. Use common word families, such as -at, -ed, -in, -ot, or -ake patterns, to create flexible paths.
4. Do not force a direct route if the obvious letter change creates an awkward or rare word.
5. Think about consonant swaps and vowel swaps separately, because vowels often unlock many new words.
6. If stuck, try moving sideways into a common word before moving closer to the target.
7. Read the ladder from top to bottom to make sure every step changes only one letter.
