What is GuessTen?

GuessTen is a daily trivia game where your goal is to guess the top 10 entries for a given category. Each puzzle gives you a prompt, and you type answers that you think belong on the hidden top-ten list. It is fun because it combines general knowledge with careful risk management. The obvious answers may come quickly, but finishing the full list becomes tense because you only have a limited number of guesses before Sudden Death begins.

GuessTen Game Rules

1. Each puzzle gives you one category.
2. Your goal is to guess the top 10 entries in that category.
3. Type an answer and submit it to check whether it belongs on the list.
4. Correct answers fill one of the 10 slots.
5. Incorrect guesses are tracked separately.
6. You have 15 guesses in total.
7. When you reach the final guess, you enter Sudden Death.
8. In Sudden Death, a correct guess keeps you alive, but a wrong answer ends the game.
9. The puzzle is solved when you find all 10 correct entries.

Player Action: Use your last guesses wisely. Game Response: In Sudden Death, a correct answer lets you continue, while a wrong answer ends the run. Strategy & Tips

1. Start with the safest, most famous answers before trying obscure possibilities.
2. Read the category wording exactly; “largest,” “most popular,” “highest grossing,” and “most searched” can produce very different lists.
3. Think in groups such as countries, actors, songs, sports teams, brands, movies, games, or historical figures depending on the prompt.
4. Use correct answers to infer what the list is really measuring.
5. Avoid low-confidence guesses too early, because wrong answers reduce your room for error later.
6. Save risky guesses for when you have narrowed the category and have fewer realistic options left.
7. In Sudden Death, only submit an answer if it strongly fits the category.
